PSS RFP 20-041
- The RFP’s public notice duration has been reduced from eight (8) to five (5) weeks. Therefore, the last day of advertisement will be October 02, 2020.
- The deadline to submit “Questions” has been moved up from October 27 to October 09, 2020. “Responses to Questions” is moved from October 30 to October 16, 2020. The proposal submission deadline will remain as is, November 05, 2020 at 9:30 a.m., local time.
- On the RFP “Scope of Work” under “ Selection/Process Evaluation Criteria, section 4) “Cost”: should read as 4) Cost (20 Points) and “Phases 2-3” should read “Phases 2-4”.
- Proposers are encouraged (but not required) to submit a link with the proposals to a pre-recorded presentation. The presentation should not exceed one hour.
- Proposers are also encouraged (but not required) to provide links to their demo site, sandbox, or other testing environment.
- Off-island Proposers can send proposals electronically to Mrs. Vilma Castro at the email address vilma.castro@cnmipss.org on or before the RFP’s submission deadline of November 05, 2020 at 9:30 a.m., local time. Hard copies of the Proposal packages must be labelled “PSS-RFP20-041” postmarked no later than the closing date, and sent to one of the addresses provided below:

The Scope of Work is available beginning September 04, 2020 at the PSS Procurement & Supply Office, located at the PSS Central Office, Capitol Hill, Building 1206. Request may be sent via email to Mrs. Vilma M. Castro at vilma.castro@cnmipss.org.
Questions must be in writing and addressed to Mrs. Lillian T. Gumba, Interim Procurement Officer and may be sent via email at lillian.gumba@cnmipss.org no later than October 27, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. Response to questions will be on October 30, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.
Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope marked RFP 20-041 containing (1) original and three (3) copies and submitted to the PSS Procurement Office no later than November 05, 2020 at 09:30 a.m. Any proposals received after the aforementioned date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances.
