The application for free school meals is now available on the PSS Child Nutrition Program's website. Please note that breakfasts and lunches are served free of charge at public school cafeterias and no pallication is required to avail of this benefit.
Should a public school student attend a childcare center during the school year, on austerity Mondays or holidays for example, this benefit does not transfer to the meal services at the other location. In order for a public school student to avail of free meals at a non-PSS location, a free meal application must be submitted to the CNP office. At that point, CNP staff will process the application to determine free meal eligibility.
If there are any questions, please contact the CNP office.
